We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging included. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
